Trump and Democrats ‘attain deal’ over Daca Dreamers

Two high US Democrats say they’ve reached a take care of President Donald Trump to guard hundreds of younger undocumented migrants from deportation.

Democrats have repeatedly stated that they may block any laws that accommodates funding for the border wall – a key marketing campaign pledge of Mr Trump’s.

A White House assertion was extra muted, merely saying that there had been a “constructive working dinner” the place tax reform, border safety and Daca had been mentioned.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders later disputed the Democrats’ account.

“While Daca and border safety had been each mentioned, excluding the wall was definitely not agreed to,” she wrote on Twitter.

Mr Schumer’s aide replied: “The President made clear he would proceed pushing the wall, simply not as a part of this settlement.”
