Project Overview and Role

  • Palladium is recruiting for the anticipated USAID-funded Nigeria Agriculture Competitiveness mission. Purpose of Position

  • Palladium seeks a Director of Finance and Administration for the USAID-funded Nigeria alternative in Agriculture Competitiveness.


  • Provide management, administration, and direct supervision for the mission?s finance/accounting workers.
  • Oversees the implementation of methods and processes required to assist mission implementation, making certain compliance USAID contracts, guidelines and rules.
  • Ensures the correct monitoring and recording of mission expenditures and monetary reviews
  • Guides and assists accountants and different program workers in making ready, revising and monitoring budgets for ongoing actions
