Berkeley topless ordinance debate ends with nude protester rant

A Berkeley, Calif., girl shed her garments and ranted atop metropolis council members’ tables Tuesday evening after lawmakers tabled a proposed ordinance that will enable girls to reveal their breasts in public.

Gypsy Taub, 48, wrote about what she described because the “bare riot” on her web site, My Naked Truth. She singled out two feminine council members over their response to the proposed ordinance.
