Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Northern Nigeria


  • Your job will probably be to develop the Giant Beverages portfolio of manufacturers and improve profitability by means of sturdy relationships and execution with distributor companions, focused regional chains and independents.
  • Understand distributor capabilities, remedy issues in actual-time, execute month-to-month grocery and distributor plans and measure outcomes.

Job Description

  • Develop and handle new distributor accounts in your territory
  • Manage your Area Sales Managers and gross sales executives in your territory
  • Develop and current annual gross sales, distribution, promotion, and trial plans with key retailers and distributors
  • Manage stock at the distributor stage
  • Execute packages with key retailers and distributors out there
  • Work with designated distributor representatives to successfully service our clients
  • Problem-solve between gross sales, distributors and finish clients as alternatives come up
  • Collaborate with operations and self-distribution groups on implementation tasks associated to distribution in assigned markets
  • Assist in growing grocery and distributor initiatives and incentives
  • Participate in annual working plans (AOP)
  • Participate in establishing shelf requirements and scorecard
  • Effectively talk cross-departmentally
  • Monitor and talk aggressive exercise within the area
  • Supervisory obligations
  • Area gross sales managers, Business Development executives and gross sales representatives in your area will report back to you.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree most well-liked;
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ work expertise within the Beverage Industry
  • Requires proficient data and abilities within the following areas; promoting abilities, understanding of enterprise, evaluation, planning and execution
  • Distributor administration expertise
  • Specialty FMCG expertise most well-liked
  • Basic laptop proficiency
  • Ability to journey on a frequent foundation (50% of the time)
  • Must have good file retaining and organizational abilities
  • Work cross-functionally as half of a giant or small undertaking group
